Tuesday, 1/27

Quick post today. We had a beautiful going away ceremony this morning at the care center. It was a lovely occasion where Sitota was “handed” over to us by his nanny dressed in traditional Ethiopian clothing. We then had our embassy appointment at the U.S embassy for his visa... which he was granted (yeah)! Then we came back to our “home” at the guest house for a quick bath which was necessary because Sitota decided to have a major blowout right as we were being called into our embassy appointment (good timing).

.
Bathtime for Sitota!

Beautiful little boy. Aaron I think he has your eyes.

Have a safe trip home and blessings to you both.

What is it with the Elliott babies and pooping on people? Seriously.

Hey, if you got Sitota and his visa today, why are you not coming home till Friday? You could've been home for Group tomorrow. Where's your committment?

I heard of you through Phil Edwards, Hope for Indy. We live in the area and have a 3 1/2 year old boy we adopted through CHSFS in June. We'd love to connect once you are home and settled. nealcindy@gmail.com
